  IfDoneMain	Entry order for a strategy with an entry order and opposite buy/sell dependent orders. The dependent orders are activated once the entry order is filled.

  IfDoneRelated	Order waiting for opposite buy/sell entry order to be filled. Will change to stand-alone order once the entry order is filled.
  IfDoneRelatedOco	Order waiting for opposite buy/sell entry order to be filled. Will change to OCO order once the entry order is filled.
  IfDoneSlave
  IfDoneSlaveOco
  Oco	One cancels other. Relation between two orders. When one is filled, the other is cancelled.
  StandAlone	Stand-alone order.
